A Partner Before a Product.
Modular construction works best when it is treated as part of the overall development strategy rather than as a late-stage purchasing decision. That means asking different questions earlier: how should the building be designed, where should work happen, how does the site sequence change, what does the factory need, and what does the field team need from the factory?
IVM's role is to help bring those questions — and the people who answer them — together. We work across the interfaces between project planning, manufacturing, transportation, setting and onsite construction so that offsite production supports the whole project instead of becoming a disconnected scope.
