The Iron Valley Modular team has 150 years combined experience. Started in 2021 as a subsidiary of Iron Valley Capital, our team of professionals at Iron Valley Modular are ready to give your project whatever renovations it requires.

Josh Stroup

Prior to Iron Valley, Josh spent over 12 years in the commercial insurance industry as an underwriter and executive. Among other roles, one was of Vice President of US Marine with Aspen Insurance Company, where he managed the growth and profitability of the company’s property and inland marine insurance products within the pacific region. His expertise is in the property, construction, and alternative energy markets.
