Building Your Dream Home

Serving the residential real estate market is what Iron Valley Modular was founded on. Our ability to support people in building the foundation of their dreams is what we pride ourselves on. A home is the foundation of a legacy, a house is the material results of that legacy. We wanted to make sure that we help people see that their dream home can become a reality: efficient, cost-effective, and positively impacting the environment. Our founders also want to be apart of the solution vs the problem when it comes to the labor shortage. As Iron Valley Modular is looking to grow and expand, more jobs will open up hiring more labor workers of quality and skill. Not only are we the developers, we are the general contractors as well, being all hands in from design to crane day (the day the modular units are delivered onsite and installed).

Residential projects are constructed with permanent modular construction. Which means that the design and construction process is performed in a manufacturing facility that produces building components or modules that are constructed to be transported to a permanent building site. Once onsite, the modules are assembled to create your dreamhome - cheaper, faster, and stronger than traditional construction.
